Boy oh boy

As a parent of twins, I have to be fair and balanced. What I do for one baby, I try to do for the other too. Yesterday's post was all about Bree and I've felt the need to do a Luke post asap. It could also be one of my idiosyncrasies where I need to be 'even'. If Mike gives me a love tap on my right arm, he has to do it on my left arm too. Wha??? Isn't everyone like that?

So about my daring, I mean darling, boy. He's my little monkey. I'm amazed at what he can do. The other day while I was doing dishes, it was a little too quiet. Imagine my surprise when I found Luke in the exersaucer. I wondered how the heck he got in there and then the next day I found out. He did it again and this time I caught in video. I haven't put them in the exersaucers for ages, I guess he was feeling a bit nostalgic.

Here's another, the endings a little abrupt. You'll see why -

(we don't have a ball pit, rather a toy pit a/k/a pack n play used as a toy chest)

Lastly, I love father/son or father/daughter shots. Mike is such an awesome dad. Here are my boys (isn't this the epitome of California with the palm trees in the background?) -

Opps, forgot to say, I am the exact same way. What I do for one, I feel the need to do for the other (or something equal anyway)
You aren't crazy unless I am.
Wait... I didn't help your arguement, did I? heehee

I am the same way, have to keep the score even. Loved the picture of Mike and Luke. I couldn't get the videos to play but I'll try later!

Oh my mister Luke, what a little smarty pants he is.

I always have to keep things even (okay, not my arm being touched LOL) but for the twins. I have to give them the exact same amount of food and drinks and if I do something for Flynn then I must do something for Marisol too.

Love the photo of Mike and Luke, that is so sweet.

Love the toy pit video! And yes, I have mentioned myself when it comes to my kids I feel like if I talk about, post a pic, or whatever for one I must do it for all. I think it is just a natural mommy thing!

Oh my god. You have your hands full. I thank god everyday that I don't have climbers. He was one determined little boy wasn't he?? You and Dawn can compare stories. Max and Anna are all over, especially Anna.

Hi Lisa, how CRAZY that you just visited my blog today, as I was thinking of you yesterday! Something (not sure what) made me realize that I had never responded to your email of ages ago when you first told me congrats on my pregnancy. And now you commented on my blog, we must have been thinking about each other.

The twins are now 1 ! Wow, I can't believe how incredibly fast time flies by. They are so cute and are doing so wonderfully!

What a wonderful mother you are, and yes it's been a hard road for you. SO glad to see you and your family looking so happy!
